Skaneateles, NY - The Sherwood Inn of Skaneateles, NY, will
host its 13th Annual Seafood Jazzfest on Sunday, September
12th. The festivities kick off at noon on the West Lawn of
the Sherwood Inn, located on the north shore of Skaneateles
Lake on Route 20/E. Genesee Street. Seafood Jazzfest will
feature a terrific lineup of regional jazz talent, including:
Joe Whiting, Soda Ash Six, Dave Hanlon “Cookbook”,
Mark Doyle, Cookie Coogan, Julie Howard, Bob Piourn, Steve
Odum, and John Spillette and the Solvay High School Jazz Ensemble.
The festivities will be hosted by Eric Cohen of WAER-Jazz
88.
The music will be served up with plenty of delicious food
and beverages by the Sherwood Inn, including Charlie’s
Raw Bar, fresh barbeque, wine tastings by Dr. Konstantin Frank
Vineyards, locally homebrewed sodas and cold beer. A magician
will also be performing for the crowd from 2:30 until 4:30
pm. All of this and no cover charge! Bring a chair and lounge
by the lake while enjoying some great local fare and entertainment.
